Podcast 253: Artik

After spending his youth in Gran Canaria, southern Spain, Artik sank himself into the cold industrial atmosphere of Berlin. Unsettling ambience and hammering percussion break up the rhythms that define Artik as an artist. Sound Technician and lover of the most purist electronic music. He also recently played in Tresor Berlin, with his uncompromising sound. His music was also recently released on labels such as Monolith Records , COUM, Subsist and OHM Resistence.

Well knowing for his mixing skills and complex electronics compositions; Artik is equally adept at creating downtempo atmospherical opening sets as slamming it out via energetic, broken beat and strong closing sets.
